As part of a comprehensive quay crane rehabilitation project, a structural assessment of the trolley frame was performed to evaluate its static strength and remaining service life. The analysis identified overloaded structural members with an increased risk of fatigue, cracking, and plastic deformation. The results provided the basis for reinforcement measures and safe long-term operation of the crane.
